Hello!     Thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy practice.

You may be here because of painful events in your life. Or you may seek help in dealing with conflicts, or with persistent or troublesome feelings.

I offer a friendly, nonjudgmental and safe relationship within which to explore the areas of your life that are causing distress. Through open, gentle conversation, we aim to develop a deep and compassionate understanding of the self and better relationships with the people in your life.

To do this, we may consider your past and present experiences and relationships; your feelings, thoughts, dreams, fantasies and hopes; and we may also focus on day to day troubles, developing a practical approach to feeling better.

If this sounds like what you are looking for, please contact me to schedule a free 20 minute consultation.

I would be honored to work with you.
